Ramp & coach the team

A full enablement platform on the same record as your pipeline — content, courses, certifications, AI role-play, pitch practice, and a team-readiness score that tracks real attainment.

Because enablement lives on the same record as revenue, learning and coaching are wired to real data instead of a disconnected LMS. A rep's readiness, their quiz scores, and their actual quota attainment all sit side by side — and the AI reasons over their genuine activity, not a synthetic profile.

The enablement platform

Two audiences, one system: reps consume, managers author. Reps get a personalized "For You" home with assigned learning, progress rings, and practice CTAs; managers get authoring and insights tools.

Content library

A governed home for everything your team needs to sell.

  • Collections ("Spots")

Organize documents, decks, and video into curated collections with overview play-pages, so reps find the right asset fast.

  • Video & files

Upload video and files or embed links; an in-app player and file preview keep everything in one place.

  • Governance

Control who can publish and who can see each item, flag customer-facing vs internal content, and set review dates so the library stays trustworthy.

  • Content analytics

See what's actually being viewed with per-asset engagement, so you invest in the content that lands.

Courses, quizzes & certifications

Build learning paths that sequence content and check understanding along the way.

Sequence a path. Assemble content into modules with a one-question-per-screen path player and animated completion.

Check understanding. Add quizzes that are graded on the server — reps see their score, but answer keys stay hidden so the assessment stays honest.

Certify. Gate a certification behind the quizzes and practice a rep must pass, and track who's certified and when it expires.

Honest assessment

Quizzes are graded server-side and answer keys are redacted for reps, so scores reflect real knowledge — not a self-marked exercise.

AI role-play

Reps practice against AI buyer personas — a skeptical CFO, a technical evaluator, a champion who's lost budget — powered by Muntri's AI. When the rep ends the session, Muntri scores the conversation against a rubric and reveals per-criterion results with evidence quotes pulled from what the rep actually said.

A text conversation with a persona and a typing indicator. End the session to get a staggered rubric score reveal with evidence.

A live, spoken role-play — the rep talks, the AI plays the buyer and talks back, with automatic turn-taking so it feels like a real conversation. Scored against the same rubric when the call ends.

Managers author the scenarios — persona plus rubric — so practice targets exactly the skills that matter for your deals.

Pitch practice

Reps record a pitch (webcam, upload, or a shared video link) and get graded. Practice is open: a rep can record themselves any time without waiting for a manager to assign a prompt — the fastest way to rehearse before a real call.

When a recorded pitch is uploaded, Muntri automatically:

  • Transcribes it

The audio is transcribed so the whole pitch becomes searchable, reviewable text.

  • Scores delivery

Delivery metrics like words-per-minute and filler-word counts tell the rep exactly what to tighten.

  • Applies a rubric

A per-criterion score (0–100) with evidence and a collapsible transcript, so feedback is concrete, not vague.

Manager scorecards

Managers review pitches in a queue and score them with a rubric, leaving timestamped comments pinned to exact moments in the video. Where AI has already pre-scored a submission, the manager sees that as a starting point — so coaching is faster and grounded in specifics rather than a gut impression.

Team readiness

Readiness turns all of that activity into a single index you can act on.

40%learning progress
30%quiz results
30%practice & pitch

The readiness score blends learning progress, quiz results, and practice/pitch performance into one weighted number per rep and per team. Because it lives on the same data as bookings, you can see how readiness tracks against actual quota attainment.

Coaching quadrants

A readiness-vs-attainment scatter plots every rep so you can tell the difference at a glance:

  • Stars — high readiness, high attainment.
  • Execution gap — high readiness, low attainment (a pipeline or territory problem, not a skills one).
  • Knowledge gap — low readiness, high attainment (coasting on talent — a ramp risk).
  • Needs coaching — low on both.

Click any rep to open a drawer with a competency radar, readiness-component bars, their sales-performance card, and their full learning, quiz, and practice history. Readiness should predict results — and here you can see whether it does.
