Operate

Run RevOps on one live record

Dashboards, a real report builder, the leaderboard, compensation, data quality and a full self-serve customization suite — all reading the same numbers your reps, managers and forecasts see. No BI export to reconcile.

Report Builder Customize Muntri

Everything in Operate lives under the Operate workspace in the left rail. Because every team works on one shared record, a dashboard, a comp statement and a forecast all tie out to the same source of truth.

Analytics dashboards

Analytics gives you prebuilt and custom views across the whole funnel.

  • Prebuilt dashboards — pipeline, forecast and activity views so you're on the standard revenue metrics from day one.
  • Custom dashboards — assemble boards from the same metrics for a specific motion or meeting.
  • Cohort and funnel analysis — group deals or accounts and trace conversion to see where velocity stalls and deals leak.

Everything drills through

Dashboards read the live record, so a KPI you click drills straight into the underlying deals or accounts. There's no separate warehouse to reconcile.

Report Builder

The Report Builder turns your live data into reports without writing a query. Pick an object, choose how to group and measure it, and Muntri renders the chart the moment you hit run.

Pick an object. Accounts, contacts, deals, leads and more — each exposes a safe set of dimensions, measures and filters.

Group and aggregate. Choose a group-by dimension and a measure (count, sum, average). Muntri builds the aggregate for you — no SQL, no raw query access.

Choose a visualization. Flip the same result between bar, pie, line, table and KPI in one click.

Save and re-run. Save the report and run it live any time; the numbers refresh from the record.

Type Best for
Bar Comparing groups — deals by stage, accounts by owner
Pie Composition — pipeline mix by segment
Line Trend over time — bookings by month
Table Detailed breakdowns you can read row by row
KPI A single headline number for a board or meeting

Don't want to configure it by hand? Hit ✨ Describe a report and type what you want in plain language — "pipeline value by stage this quarter". Muntri proposes a report configuration, validates it against the schema, and renders it. You stay in control: it only ever selects from the whitelisted dimensions and measures, never raw SQL.

Safe by design

The builder only lets you select from a curated set of dimensions, measures and operators per object. That means fast, predictable reports — and no way to write a query that could touch data you shouldn't see.

Sales Performance Leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks your individual, quota-carrying sellers on attainment — the reps who both carry a quota and own opportunities. Managers, SDRs and CSMs holding team or role quotas are excluded so the ranking stays apples-to-apples.

  • YTD & QTD

Rank on year-to-date and quarter-to-date bookings against quota.

  • Projected views

See where each rep lands — booked plus open pipeline weighted by stage probability.

  • My Team / Company

Toggle between your team and the whole company (admins and worldwide roles).

  • On the exec home

A compact top-5 card sits on the executive dashboard with a link to the full board.

Each row shows rank, name, bookings, quota, attainment percentage and gap-to-quota — with your own row highlighted. The board is scoped to what you're allowed to see, and uses the same bookings that drive forecasts and compensation.

Compensation

Compensation runs sales comp end to end, from plan design to pay run.

  • Comp plans with flexible cadence — build on an annual, quarterly or monthly cadence to match how your team is actually paid.
  • Components including kickers — combine component types (commission, bonuses, and kickers for over-performance) into a single plan.
  • Quotas & assignments — assign plans and quotas per rep for the fiscal period.
  • Statements & pay runs — calculate, commit and submit periods, then generate per-rep statements so reps see exactly what they earned and why.
  • Attainment from bookings — attainment is computed as bookings ÷ quota, so comp reconciles directly to the pipeline.

One number, everywhere

A rep's attainment on a comp statement uses the same current-period bookings that drive the leaderboard, forecasts and enablement readiness — so their number is consistent wherever it appears.

Data Quality

Data Quality keeps the record clean enough to trust for automation and reporting.

Tool What it does
Duplicate queue & merge Surface likely duplicate leads, contacts and accounts and merge them safely
Enrichment queue Work through records missing key fields from one prioritized list
Completeness scoring Score records on how complete they are so you can target the gaps that matter
Validation Catch bad or inconsistent data before it flows into forecasts, comp and AI

Product Usage

Meter product usage per account so a product-led motion can spot expansion and churn from real usage, not guesswork.

  • Usage overview — per-account status counts and a by-product breakdown, with accounts flagged as overage, under-used or no usage.
  • Per-account meters — each account's meters against its entitlement, plus a rolling trend.
  • Entitlements — set limits per meter, or seed them straight from active contract quantities.
  • Ingest keys — mint write-keys so your product can stream usage events or metric snapshots in.

Usage drives action

Usage metering feeds the same account record your CS and sales teams work from, so a spike or drop can raise health signals and trigger workflows and agent alerts — see Automate.

Customize Muntri

Operate is also where you shape Muntri to your business — no developer required. Everything below is self-serve from the admin surfaces.

  • Custom Fields

Add fields (text, number, date, boolean, select, multi-select, URL, email) to accounts, contacts, deals and leads. A read-only "Standard fields" reference shows the built-in fields alongside yours. Or hit ✨ Describe a field and let AI draft the definition.

  • Custom Objects

Model entities Muntri doesn't ship out of the box, with their own fields and records. Design them by describing what you need; the four built-in objects appear as read-only reference.

  • Saved Views & columns

Save filtered, sorted list views and pick exactly which columns show. Views can be personal or shared with the team, surfaced as chips on the list.

  • Bulk actions

Select records with a checkbox toolbar and assign an owner, set a lifecycle stage or territory, or delete — safely and in bulk.

  • RBAC / Roles

Build roles on a permission matrix across 13 resources (read / create / update / delete / manage), then assign users to them.

  • Guided onboarding

A getting-started checklist that measures real progress across eight steps from your actual data, with sample-data seeding to explore.

The permission matrix

Roles are built visually. Each role is a grid of resources against actions — tick what a role can do and assign your users.

Customize without a rebuild

Custom fields, objects, saved views and roles all take effect immediately — there's nothing to deploy. Shape the record to your motion and every downstream surface (lists, reports, automation) picks it up.
