Sell
Sell — win & grow revenue
Pipeline, forecasting, conversation intelligence, CPQ, contracts with native e-signature, and a booking gate that keeps a deal from closing until it's truly done — all on the same single record you built in Market.
Everything below lives under the Sell workspace in the left rail. A seller never re-enters an account — the deal they close carries straight into revenue and renewals, and the booking gate makes sure nothing books half-finished.

Pipeline & opportunities
The pipeline board is where deals are worked and managed.
- Three views of the same deals. Switch between a kanban board (drag deals across stages), a table for dense filtering and bulk edits, and a waterfall that shows how pipeline changed over a period — created, moved, won, lost.
- Stage gating. Each stage can require certain fields and relationships before a deal advances (a contact role, a close date, a quote), so deals can't skip ahead half-baked. The rules run on every stage change, whoever makes it.
- AI deal-health scoring. Every open deal carries a health signal derived from activity, engagement and deal shape — flagging deals that are slipping before they slip.
- Multiple pipelines. Run separate pipelines for different motions (new business, expansion, partnerships), each with their own stages.
Forecast
The forecast turns pipeline into a number leadership can commit to.
| Element | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Forecast categories | Reps set commit / best-case / pipeline / omitted on each deal |
| Forecast calls | A submitted number per period, rolled up rep → manager → leadership |
| Quota vs commit vs best-case | Attainment against quota beside the committed and best-case numbers |
| AI-derived number | A second opinion from deal health, history and pace to check optimism against |
Conversation intelligence
Conversation Intelligence records, transcribes and analyzes every customer conversation — a native alternative that's included and on the same record as the deal, not a separate tool you pay for and sync.
-
Capture every call
Recorded, transcribed and analyzed automatically — upload audio or capture meetings natively.
-
Review a call
Transcript, highlights, topics, talk-time, sentiment and key moments in one view.
-
Ask AI — one call or all
"What objections came up on deals we lost this quarter?" — answered from the transcripts.
-
Risk signals
Competitor mentions, stalled next steps and missing champions surfaced back onto the deal.
Trackers. Define trackers for the words, phrases and topics you care about (pricing, a competitor, a feature) and see where they occur across every conversation. Team-level insights roll calls up into leaderboards, topic and competitor trends, and deal-risk signals.
CPQ, quotes & deal room
The configure-price-quote path — build a quote, price it correctly, get it approved, and send a branded room the buyer can sign.
Guided quoting from your catalog. Build quotes from your product catalog with discounting, and let the pricing engine resolve the right price automatically:
| Pricing model | How it prices |
|---|---|
| Flat / per-user | A fixed unit price per line |
| Tiered | Each quantity band charges its own per-unit price |
| Volume | The whole quantity prices at the band it lands in |
| Bundle | A package priced as the sum of its child products |
| Usage-based | Metered, estimated on the quote and rated on real usage |
Approval engine. Out-of-policy quotes route for sign-off automatically. Routine quotes auto-approve; anything that trips a rule (a deep discount, a large amount, custom terms) opens an approver chain — sequential or parallel — with an SLA, in-app + email + mobile push notification, and one-tap approve / reject / delegate from an approvals inbox. Overdue approvals escalate on their own.
The interactive branded deal room. Sending a quote mints a private link to a tenant-branded deal room — a professional pricing table with discount badges, totals, terms, and a billing schedule (MRR / ARR / term with period-by-period invoices). The buyer accepts and signs right there:
Send. The rep sends the quote; first open flips it to viewed and notifies the rep.
Sign. The buyer signs in the room — a live cursive signature preview plus a consent checkbox.
Certify. Signature, IP, device and a document hash are captured into a downloadable Certificate of Completion.
Contracts & native e-signature
Contracts are signed natively — no export to another tool. The standout is a configurable signer roster, so a contract is signed by exactly the right people in the right order.
Your internal counter-signer signs first, then the customer. Signing is sequential — the customer's turn only opens once the internal signature is in.
Just the customer signs. Use it when no internal counter-signature is required.
How signing works:
- Set the roster on the contract — pick the mode, the internal signer (pre-filled from the deal owner) and the customer signer (pre-filled from the primary contact).
- Send for signature — each signer gets their own private signing link, emailed to them, tenant-branded and in order. The next signer is emailed automatically as their turn comes.
- Order is enforced. A signer who isn't up yet can't sign — the page tells them who it's waiting on.
- On the final signature the contract is executed — marked active, the signature captured with IP, device and a document hash — and a Certificate of Completion with every signer's audit trail is available.
The booking gate
A deal cannot be booked (closed-won) until it is truly done: its contract is e-signed / executed and every required document is complete or waived. One validator powers both the gate on the won-transition and the lifecycle UI, so what blocks a deal is always exactly what the rep sees.

What it checks. The contract is executed, all required documents are complete or explicitly waived (a documents checklist tracks signed quote, signed contract, order form and any custom docs you add), the quote is accepted and approvals are cleared.
The documents checklist. Every deal gets an auto-seeded reference checklist that resolves itself from the deal's artifacts, and you can add your own required documents. Each item can be marked complete, waived (with a reason) or reopened. A required item that's neither complete nor waived blocks booking.
Admin override — always audited
An admin can override the gate to book a deal anyway, but only with an override reason — and the override is written to the deal's activity trail. Deals that were already won before the gate turned on are grandfathered.
Configurable
Admins tune the gate in settings — whether a signed (executed) contract is required, whether the documents checklist is enforced, and the grandfather cut-off. It's on by default.
Invoicing
When a deal is done, invoicing takes over — with an AR dashboard, recurring billing and public pay pages.
- AR dashboard. Outstanding, overdue and collected at a glance, with status filters and an invoice table showing balances.
- Generate from contracts. Active contracts on a recurring cadence generate their due invoices automatically, period by period.
- Get paid. Send a branded pay link; the customer pays online by card, or you record a manual bank-transfer / check payment. A payment ledger tracks every payment against the balance, and usage-based products are metered and rated into invoices.
Sales Performance Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks individual quota-carrying sellers by attainment — a live, motivating view of who's winning.
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| YTD | Bookings vs quota, attainment %, and gap to quota, year to date |
| QTD | The same, quarter to date |
| YTD Projected | Booked plus weighted open pipeline landing in the period |
| QTD Projected | The same projection, quarter to date |
Managers see their team, admins can toggle My Team ↔ Company, and every rep sees their own rank highlighted. A compact top-5 card also sits on the executive home dashboard.
Account 360 & Command Center
Open any account to reach its Command Center — one AI-driven cockpit per account that reads straight from the single record:
-
Win-probability — across the account's open opportunities
-
Risks — what's threatening the relationship or an active deal
-
Next-best-actions — concrete, ranked recommendations
-
Health & renewal — current health signal and upcoming renewal timing
It also shows a full 360 timeline — every touch across marketing, sales, conversations, support and success, in one chronological view — plus the account's intent signals and its conversation intelligence.
Accounts, contacts, revenue & renewals
Accounts & Contacts are the backbone the whole platform stands on — records for every company and person with numbering and deduplication, account hierarchy (parent/child), enrichment kept current, and buying-group roles (decision maker, champion, economic buyer, evaluator, blocker) captured on the opportunity.
Revenue & renewals is where a won deal becomes tracked, recurring revenue:
- Revenue schedules — a per-deal ARR/ACV schedule created automatically when the opportunity closes won, moving through pending delivery → delivered → revenue → churned or renewed.
- Contracts / CLM — the contract lifecycle linked to the deal and order that produced it.
- Renewals — what's expiring, its risk and status, worked ahead of time rather than discovered late.
- Book of Business — an owner-scoped portfolio view: a rep sees their accounts, ARR, health and prospects, with the same numbers that roll up to leadership.
