Integrations
Connectors
Bring the tools that feed your revenue motion into Muntri — CRM, marketing, enrichment, call intelligence, data, support and billing — all onto one shared record, with the controls to govern them.
How connecting works
Every connector uses the same three-step flow. Enter your credentials, Muntri validates them against the provider, and — once they check out — the connection is saved and syncing begins.
Pick the connector. Choose it from the integrations catalogue in your workspace.
Enter credentials. An API key, or an OAuth authorization, depending on the provider.
Validate. Muntri checks the credentials live — invalid keys are rejected before anything is saved.
Save & sync. Objects flow in and map onto your accounts, contacts, deals and calls.
Credentials are stored securely
Keys and tokens are encrypted at rest. You can run a health check at any time to confirm a connection is still live, and disconnect in one click.
The connector catalog
Muntri ships a growing catalog of connectors across every part of the revenue stack. Browse them by category in Settings → Integrations, search, and see each one's status at a glance — Available (ready to use), Beta (connect and verify now, deeper sync arriving), or Coming soon.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| CRM & marketing | Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, Outreach, Salesloft |
| Enrichment & GTM data | LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, People Data Labs, Clearbit |
| Communication & call intelligence | Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, Google/Outlook Calendar, Gong, Chorus, Zoom, Fireflies |
| Data, support, billing, ads & iPaaS | Snowflake, BigQuery, Segment, Zendesk, Intercom, Stripe, Chargebee, Google/LinkedIn/Meta Ads, Zapier |
Each connector card shows what it can do (sync objects, direction, actions), the credentials it needs, and its least-privilege scopes — so you know exactly what you're granting before you connect.
Governance & controls
Admins decide which connectors are allowed and how far they can act.
-
Allow or allowlist
Permit every connector except the ones you block, or run a strict allowlist. Only admins can install.
-
Approval for writes
Require sign-off before a connector writes to an external system.
-
Per-connector config
Choose which objects sync, the direction (read / write / two-way) and the schedule.
-
Health & status
Run a live health check any time, and see run history and clear status badges.
Capability matrix
| Connector | Category | Connect with | What syncs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slack | Messaging | OAuth or bot token | Channels for notification routing (deal alerts, risk & SLA notices) |
| Gong | Calls & meetings | API access key + secret | Call recordings and transcripts |
| Apollo | Enrichment / prospecting | API key | Contacts, accounts, sequences |
| Clay | Enrichment | API key | People and companies, enriched on demand |
Slack
Slack is the fastest way to put Muntri where your team already works. Once connected, choose a default channel and Muntri posts the alerts that matter.
- Deal alerts — when deals reach key stages or cross thresholds.
- Risk & SLA notifications — at-risk deals and SLA breaches surfaced in-channel.
- Notification rules — configure exactly which events post, and where.
Use the "Add to Slack" flow to authorize Muntri against your workspace, then pick a default channel.
Paste a bot token, validate it, and set the default channel — useful when your workspace manages its own Slack app.
Gong
Gong brings your recorded calls next to the deals they belong to.
What syncs: call recordings and their transcripts flow into Muntri's conversation intelligence, where they're searchable, coachable and linked to the right account, contact and opportunity.
Native call intelligence, too
Even without Gong, you can upload calls directly to Muntri for the same transcription, coaching scorecards and insights. See Sell → Conversation Intelligence.
Apollo
Connect Apollo with your API key to pull contacts, accounts and sequences into Muntri, keeping your prospecting data and your system of record in step.
Clay
Clay is enrichment-on-demand: connect it with your API key and Muntri can fill in person and company details as records come in, so your data stays complete without manual research.
Keeping a connection healthy

Run a health check whenever you want to confirm a connector is live. If credentials expire or are revoked at the source, reconnect and syncing resumes.
